Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, we want to make it easy. Please e-mail customerservice@sportdetergent.com or call 1-866-545-2946 (M-F 9am- 5pm ET) within 30 days for a return authorization number and return instructions.*  All items returned must be in their original packaging and include your packing slip and all documentation in order to obtain a full refund of the product and original shipping cost.  We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective. COD returns will not be accepted. Any purchase made by credit card (including a debit card) will be refunded to the original credit card. Please allow us at least fifteen days from our receipt of your returned item to process your refund (although for credit card refunds it may take one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement). We always will do our utmost to process your return and refund as quickly as possible.
